Krishna Kali Vocational Training Centre

KKVTC started over a few years ago, in 2003, as a Non-Govt. The organization seeks to reach out to the most marginalized and vulnerable communities of the people of Malda District of West Bengal of India. Through the experience gained over the years and through constant evaluation, the organization realized the need to change its approach. It thus moved from being a mere Social Organization to a development organization striving to make a difference in the lives of the vulnerable and the backward through a meaningful participatory approach with grassroots NGOs and communities. KKVTC is registered under the W.B. Societies Registration Act, 1961, and FRCA, KKVTC functions with a decentralized system. The Head Office, at Krishnakalitola,(RabindraBhawan)Malda acts as a facilitating unit for the Branch, Site, and Field Offices. Each Branch is distinguished not just based on geography but also based on the priority issues and uniqueness of that area.
